The Paris-CDG Learning Lab is a project developed in parallel with and complementary to the Cité des Métiers project by Paris CDG Alliance, it was natural for the latter to make its tools and skills available in addition to the existing talent (Learning Digital) for the Desk Reset project.
At the Lab, we have tools to create training content in particular, a virtual reality platform adapted to situational exercises on the reception relationship.
Simulation is a fundamental element in training, but often only achievable through face-to-face or on-the-job training, more difficult to use remotely.
On the other hand, our virtual reality platform is an infrastructure that is difficult to move around and expensive to duplicate in the context of a European project such as Desk Reset.
On the other hand, by using the authoring tools used by the platform for the creation of modules by Learning Digital (H5P), in particular the interactive video module, and the tools for capturing predetermined situations for their pedagogical interest.
It is possible to integrate pedagogical games in the form of narrative videos that effectively prepare the training on-the-job training by confronting the learner with situational choices.
